People of all ages, gender and races are fond of dancing. It is a type of performance art that requires thorough artistic execution, skills and fitness. Dance movements greatly demand tremendous amount of strength of the legs, arms and other parts of the body depending on the type of dance. And since it involves the human body and exposes to possible injuries, it is highly recommended to ear proper garments to protect the parts of the body. For example, dancers wear a pair of leg warmers to prevent them from cramping and other leg muscle injuries. You can see leg warmers most commonly used by ballet dancers. However, just like any other dance accessories, your leg warmers also require some good maintenance. It is not advisable to exchange this garment with other dancers, most especially if you have a different body built. It could only stretch the material beyond your size, thus this may lead to leg warmers becoming sag. Sagging leg warmers is a main factor to feel discomfort that may affect your dance performance. It is also not recommended to wear your leg warmers too low because they might cause you to accidentally slip while dancing. You can prevent this situation by wearing the leg warmers just above the ankles.
